I've learned something new today as I was perusing the Washington state driver's manual in hopes of helping a friend get ready for getting a license. I am not breaking the law when I leave my kids in the car when I run into the dollar store to get something quick. I knew people frowned upon leaving your kids in the car, but on errand days I started doing it every once in awhile. Think what you want, but it's not illegal unless I leave the motor running. *wink*
So, the winner of "Discards to Keepsakes" happens to be one of the craftiest ladies, Kelly! So, I'll send you a message and we can make arrangements. And for all you non crafties that were really hoping, talk to me. I really like making dolls.

I am not crafty and I want two dolls! :)
I was just thinking about the car thing the other day... when I had to run into the club and drop something off at the front desk and was loathing the idea of the amount of time it would take to unbuckle/rebuckle. Glad to know it's not only not illegal but someone else I know has thought of doing it too! :-)
I think it is indeed illegal in Idaho. I could be wrong.
I'm excited to get a doll. I'll message you back soon. :)
